Delivery process
Upon purchase completion, customers receive personalized plan files via email within approximately 2 minutes. The email provides access to a plan page where users can download:
- Quick Start Guide
- Your 12-week workout plan
- Nutrition guide
- Progress journal
All materials come as PDFs available for download anytime from the plan page.
Costs
The only cost is the one-time purchase price shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes. No shipping fees apply.
Delivery issues
If the delivery email does not arrive within 30 minutes, customers should check spam and promotions folders first. For persistent issues, contact [email protected] with your order number for resending.
If the plan page fails to load, the support team will regenerate the access link on request.
International customers
Digital delivery eliminates customs fees, import duties, and international shipping delays. The product remains accessible worldwide with internet access.
