Havelay is a small brand for women in midlife. We make Resets. A Reset is a considered protocol for one part of life. Sleep. Fitness. Perimenopause. Arthritis. Run it once. Run it again at 90 days. Keep it in the drawer next to the book you actually finish.

We started in 2026 with The 4-Pillar Health Reset, a personalized fitness system built from a short quiz. The Deep Sleep Reset followed the same year. Both at $59. Both designed for the body you have now, not the one you had at 25.

We do not sell subscriptions. We do not sell apps. We do not sell streaks. The whole product is paid for once and kept forever.

We chose that on purpose. Apps stay alive when you keep opening them. Coaches stay employed when you keep needing them. We get paid once. So we built this to actually work, not to keep you opening it.

More Resets are coming. Slowly. Each one takes two to three months to write properly. We would rather ship four good Resets in a year than twenty cheap ones.
