Havelay offers customers 60 days following purchase to request a refund. We encourage customers to actually try the plan — follow it for a few weeks, see how it fits your life.
To initiate a refund, contact [email protected] with your order number. No justification is required.
File issues
Customers should review downloaded files immediately after purchase and notify us right away if anything appears missing, corrupted, or incorrect.
Non-refundable items and time limits
Refund requests cannot be accepted beyond 60 days post-purchase. Future gift card offerings would also be non-refundable.
Exchanges
The company does not process exchanges on digital products. Customers interested in different plans should simply purchase the new option separately.
EU and UK consumers
Customers in the European Union and United Kingdom have the right to cancel within 14 days for any reason without explanation, per applicable consumer protection regulations.
Australian consumers
Australian residents retain all statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be limited by this policy.
Processing refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Additional time may be needed for financial institutions to post the credit. For refunds not received within 15 business days after approval, contact [email protected].
